DREAM it

INITIAL CONSULTATION

During our consultation we will get to know each other and learn more about you as a person.  If you have references and imagery that inspire you, we can look through this together.

If you’re unsure, don’t worry, we’re here to help you figure it out.

Based on the ideas explored during our initial consultation we will begin our development work.

All our creations are bespoke, so each design is unique to our clients. We recommend 6 -12 months from ideation to completion. If your timeline is shorter please get in touch - we’re here to help.

BRING it TO LIFE

We present a selection of sketches for potential silhouettes and look through the fabrics, colour palettes and embroidery swatches we’ve developed for you to choose from.

We will take your measurements to develop a toile, which is a mock up of the garment without any embroidery to check the fit.

Once the fit of your toile and the embroidery has been approved we will move forward with preparing the foundations for the final piece.

The number of fittings will vary leading up to this stage depending on the modifications required during our trial sessions.

THE DETAILS

At this stage we get to the technical part. Here we engineer and hand draw the embroidery design onto the final patterns.

This is the foundation upon which we build your embroidery.

Once we are happy with the final layout, we transfer the engineered technical pattern onto the final fabric - ready to attach to the embroidery frames and let the master Karigars (artisans) to do their magic.

TRUE CRAFT

Our amazing team of skilled Karigars (artisans) get to work on your final piece.

This is the meditative part – they zone in on details and let their hands create the beauty.

FINAL FITTING

The last stage.

The first time you will see the finished piece.

The final trials usually take place 2-4 weeks prior to your event.

We will check the fit and make any alterations that may be required before handing over your final piece
